The buoy is an easy self-strengthening method based on emotional work and relaxation breathing. Since it is related to breathing, the individual acquires it within himself and can look to it in difficulties and adversity later in life.
To recover from trauma or prolonged stress, e.g. divorce, bullying/violence, loss of a loved one, addiction, anxiety, depression, illness or just to strengthen yourself, gain more self-confidence and well-being.
What is the magic behind the Bouy?
The buoy is self-strengthening where you go to the core itself, the foundation on which to build. By learning the Baujuna, we get out of complicity, i.e. insecurities, co-dependency, let's stop being controlled by the well-being and behavior of others and build ourselves up in a healthy way.
Baujan, the buoy is based on the experience and learning of its creator, GuðbjörgThoroddsen (Bauja).
Guðbjörg has worked as an actor but also as a therapist and teacher. Actors are endlessly analyzing characters, examining and working with themselves. They need to be able to interpret another character, identify with it, and therefore need to keep their own character at the same time. To be able to do that, they need to know how to relax, breathe into their stomach, and get to zero point. From there you can look at the feelings neutrally back and forth. It helps us to draw energy from relaxation, the source of energy that constantly renews itself and is inexhaustible. We turn from complicity and instant energy and the energy well is activated. We correct the energy management of the body. With the Baujan we gain inner peace and well-being. When the method has become tame to us, it is as if we are in constant yoga. Nature, all life seeks energy balance to maintain health and strength. The buoy corrects and strengthens the body's normal energy flow and helps us seek balance.It has been taught to thousands of people with great success.
